The Everest EPBNR2 food prep tables with back-mounted condensing units enhance productivity. The durable, 16-gauge stainless steel worktops, lids and hoods stand up to high volume use. The cutting boards are detachable, while the polycarbonate food pans are adjustable to improve workflow. The unit uses a fully self-contained and detachable condensing unit and EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant. The insulated top pan lid is ½-inch thick to keep items cold and prevent moisture build up. The prep table has a recessed door handle with a high traction service and removable top pans that are NSF-certified and 6 inches deep. Front breathing vents draw and release air through the front grill, providing more flexibility with installation.
