This black 4-inch deep front load pan carrier from Cambro accommodates full size, ½ size and 1/3 size food pans. It’s durable polyethylene construction is textured on the exterior and won’t scratch or dent. Featuring polyurethane insulation and an airtight gasket, food quality and temperature retention are maintained for the ultimate in reliability. Hot food is kept above 140 degrees F and cold food below 41 degrees F for up to four hours. Dishwasher safe for fast cleaning with minimal labor, the pan carrier is made in America and NSF listed. Both unloading and loading are simplified by a door that swings out completely, and refilling is more convenient with an integrated vent, which equalizes pressure to make opening the container easier.
