The Turbo Air MST-28-12-N M3 Series Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table measures 27 1/2" W and provides 8 cu ft of storage space for versatile use with a wide range of items. It is equipped with 1 solid swing door for easy access. The 1 polyethylene coated wire shelf is adjustable and easy to clean. The Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table comes with 12 standard 1/6 size pans that are 4" deep for versatile use.
The cold air compartment keeps temperatures consistent between 33 and 39 degrees F. It is equipped with a refrigerated base with high-density polyurethane insulation. It has a side and rear breathing compressor style. With this design, the pans are segregated to protect from spills.
The prep table includes a cutting board that is 9-1/2" D and 1/2" thick for added convenience. The unit's aluminum exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, stainless steel floor, and aluminum interior ensure a long service life and stand up to high volume use.
The self-contained refrigeration utilizes environmentally-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It also features foamed-in-place high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation for temperature consistency and energy conservation.
Cleaning and transport are simplified due to the prep table's 4" swivel casters. Locks on the front two wheels provide added stability during use. The Refrigerated Salad Prep Table operates on 115v, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 3.3 Amps for 1/4 hp and comes with a 9 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Prep tables offer storage & work space for ingredients that need to be sliced or otherwise prepared before use. Prep tables can be used for almost any food product.
