Manufactured in France, and comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is naturally non-stick, non-porous, easy to clean and sterilize. Seamless, perfectly circular design will not rust or deform over time. Freezer and oven safe with a performance range from -4 degree F to 482 degree F. Features one rounded edge ideal for classic lining and standard fashioning with pre-cut pastry, and one straight edge that can be used for cutting and level lining. Naturally nonstick and heat-conductive for even baking and easy removal. NSF certified and dishwasher safe. Packs of 6 available in 8 sizes, as well as individual units in an additional 8 sizes, all sold separately.
