The CDN IRXL220 Large Dial Cooking Thermometer is shatterproof, waterproof and provides accurate temperature monitoring. With a 1 3/4-inch magnified dial, it is easy to read, and a shatterproof polycarbonate lens is durable for a long service life. It provides accurate temperature measuring for temperatures between 0-220 degrees F. It provides a convenient calibration tool right on the sheath, which can be used as a handle extension. The thermometer features a pocket clip and food-safe ABS plastic with BioCote on the sheath for sanitary use. The 5-inch stem is constructed of strong 304 stainless steel and cleans easily for simple maintenance.
