Cambro’s top loading full size 8-inch deep insulated food pan carrier comes with a red lid that is HACCP compliant for easy identification. Constructed of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a closed-cell bead foam that provides thermal insulation with exceptional durability, the carrier is designed for a long service life. Its material is impact and chemical resistant, yet very lightweight and eco-friendly. Cold food is held below 41 degrees F and hot food is held above 135 degrees F for up to four hours. The carrier holds up to one full size 8-inch deep food pan, a 6-inch deep and 2 1/2-inch deep pan, two 4-inch deep pans, or up to four 2 1/2-inch pans. With recessed walls on the inside, pans are easier to remove. Molded handles on either side ensure a comfortable and ergonomic grip when transporting.
